Stat Days, is there a surcharge?

There is a surcharge of 20% for all stat days. 
This is to cover my time away from my own pets during the holiday period, to spend time with yours.

Can I book for a longer service session?

Of course. In the notes just state how many of the same service per day you are wanting to book.

E.g. Visit - Morning 2x (1hr)

Are you available over Christmas?

Yes, unless the date is blanked out (fully booked). 
I am still available.

Christmas/NY fill out fast. 
I say this every year...book well in advance so not to miss out as I wont be extending beyond my 3 spaces  each day during this time.

Question 5

Is there a booking deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, All bookings require a 50% deposit if made prior to the full payment 7 day policy.
Any bookings not paid in full 6 days from the booking date and no contact having been made will be cancelled and any monies paid returned in full.
